Job summary

Qualifications

• High school grad or GED.
• Three (3) years journey level experience in installation, repair, maintenance and operation of HVAC building automation controls, refrigeration, controls/operation, or related systems.
• Experience with HVAC equipment and operation.
• Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the campus Building Automation System (BAS) and respond to alarm conditions; analyze problems, prioritize responses, and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Serve as afterhours call center for campus maintenance issues and provide emergency dispatch; maintain work orders and communication with customers.
