Responsibilities

  • Lead complex programs and administrative tasks for units.
  • Assist with class schedules for credit and non-credit offerings.
  • Support daily department operations and policy-based decisions.
  • Manage community outreach events and analyze program data.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to set goals and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff on daily operational needs.
  • Monitor department budgets and prepare reports.
  • Participate in hiring and recruit prospective students and industry partners.
  • Build relationships across campus and community.
