Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate on our campus Sales & Growth Team in Bellevue, OH. You will support the Director of Sales by handling phone inquiries, assisting with tours, managing leads in the CRM, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospective residents and families.

The role emphasizes meeting move-in targets, partnering with CSR and Executive Director, and representing the campus with professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process and achieve move-in conversion with a focus on private pay.
• Generate admissions through referral partnerships and inquiry sales through follow-up and closing with CRM usage.
• Respond to referrals and inquiries promptly with timely follow-up and CRM management.
• Support move-in activities including welcome gift, move-in communication and paperwork.
• Assist with planning and executing campus events and tours.
• Keep campus tour-ready with marketing collateral and model room setup; conduct tours as part of the team.
• Answer multi-line phone system promptly and directing callers appropriately.
