You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage budgets, timelines, and reporting while engaging students and families through every stage of the event lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating annual event schedules, coordinating logistics, delivering campus tours, and ensuring safety and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Education/experience as listed: bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum 2 years in related field.
• Experience coordinating events or hospitality/education environments is desired.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and deliver on-campus admissions events within budgets and timelines.
• Produce annual and periodic event schedules and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, collateral, space, and partner with marketing.
• Provide campus tours to students and families as needed.
• Maintain safety plans and ensure compliant event execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performance events team and oversee staff.
