Job summary

Team Outsider is seeking an experienced project/engineering leader to build and protect the campground infrastructure portfolio. You will drive capital initiatives, coordinate with GMs, engineers, and contractors, and ensure projects meet safety, reliability, and guest experience standards.

The role emphasizes strategic prioritization, strong budgeting, and hands-on leadership across multiple properties, with about 25% travel to support acquisitions and existing sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing capital infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, drainage, and permitting processes.
• Experience leading multi-site or multi-location projects.
• Demonstrated budget, schedule, and stakeholder communication management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver capital projects on time and on budget with clear, proactive communication.
• Identify and escalate risks or changes early across project scopes.
• Provide GMs with guidance and support to execute projects at properties.
