Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3-5 years experience in data analytics, inventory planning, forecasting, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with inventory optimization, demand forecasting, SQL, or data analysis preferred.
• Automotive parts or supply chain industry experience a plus.
• Demonstrated capability, growth potential, and willingness to learn are valued over years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze parts supply data and customer sales orders to evaluate inventory performance.
• Develop and distribute supply chain and inventory performance reports and dashboards.
• Monitor inventory health and optimize stock availability while reducing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate stock transfers across distribution centers.
• Provide inventory-related data, reports, and analytical support to internal stakeholders.
• Develop initial inventory plans and purchasing recommendations for newly launched vehicle models using historical demand trends and forecasting methodologies.
• Plan and maintain inventory levels for new and existing campaign parts from global MOBIS suppliers.
• Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.
• Assist management with data-driven decision-making through analytical reporting and business recommendations.
