Job summary

Caesars Entertainment seeks a Database Administrator to handle data and execution for direct mail and email campaigns across gaming, dining, promotions, and hotel offers. The role demands fast-paced project management from creation through delivery to guests, with responsibility for multiple campaigns monthly.

You will ensure standards compliance, engage in segmentation, and oversee execution rules, proofs, and vendor interactions while maintaining strict internal controls and customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or similar work experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• Copywriting and proofreading experience preferred.
• Familiarity with database structures, database terminology, database management and database querying tools preferred.
• Capacity to work well with others and handle stressful situations with ease.
• Willing to learn new processes and methodology.
• Confident with their skills.
• Requires prolonged sitting and normal vision/ hearing; professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate with guests and co-workers, in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to Grand Victoria Casino and Marketing Department standards, policies and procedures.
• Obtain a strong understanding of ICS and MICS.
• Set up offer segmentation, query criteria from an existing database, and set up execution rules for various projects.
• Manage mailed/e-mailed/DLC campaigns and all associated components.
• Manage 8-10 projects per production month.
• Ownership of projects including review, routing, vendor interaction, proofing and inquiries.
• Multi-task and meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
