Job summary

Caesars Digital is seeking a CRM Specialist to manage CRM campaigns across email, in-app messages, and push notifications. You will define campaigns across the customer lifecycle to maximize retention and drive engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or relevant experience, Salesforce/Optimove familiarity, and strong Excel skills. Weekend work and regulatory awareness are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 2 years experience in Salesforce and/or Optimove is an asset.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage Caesars’ CRM campaigns across email, in-app, and push channels.
• Develop and implement CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle.
• Coordinate remarketing campaigns and campaign testing (A/B/Multivariate).
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to drive improvements.
• Oversee coordinators and assist in training new team members.
