Job summary

ESS Support Services Worldwide is seeking a Camp Manager to oversee client dining and facility support on remote and offshore sites, including Alaska. You will manage budgets, supervise staff, and coordinate with chefs to plan menus while maintaining safety and HACCP standards.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of delivering high-quality guest services 24/7 in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight to ten years of upscale food service experience, including six years in management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision and evaluation.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the account in accordance with the approved budget while meeting client expectations.
• Foster relationships with staff, client, guests, and other departments.
• Promote professional growth and development of the team.
• Integrate dining service with facility operations and plans.
• Manage purchasing, inventory controls, and food cost to meet standards.
• Plan menus in consultation with chefs and HACCP compliance.
