ESS Support Services Worldwide – Gulf of Mexico is seeking a Camp Manager to oversee an on-site catering and hospitality operation in Alaska. The role focuses on maintaining the approved budget, fostering strong relations with staff, client and guests, and integrating dining with overall facility plans.
The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of upscale food service experience, with at least 6 years in management, and a track record in budgeting, purchasing, and HACCP compliance.

Working as a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the account in accordance with the approved budget while meeting client expectations. You will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests and the client, as well as other departments within the operation. You will be responsible for promoting the professional growth and development of the entire team. You will also foster strong interdepartmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility plan of operations.
