Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking a Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camps across the US. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This on-site, seasonal contract runs May through September, with full-time exempt hours, room and board provided, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic camp dining program.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; Allergens knowledge required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking execution.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and maintain Health Department sanitation standards.
