Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rustic summer camp. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and uphold allergen safety in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

Live on-site for the contract, with competitive seasonal pay, a bonus structure, and full room & board. The role demands high energy and strong problem-solving in a high-volume kitchen.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required.
• Strong leadership and baking skills; able to navigate iPad and manage kitchen operations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours.
• Willing to live on-site for a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.
