Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rustic, on-site summer camp kitchens across the country. You will oversee all prep and production, manage a team of kitchen staff, and uphold allergen safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This seasonal contract demands a strong leader who can live on-site, endure a 6-day/70-hour week, and ensure quality meals while maintaining safety and sanitation.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, scratch baking, able to navigate I-Pad, versatile with ingredients, and sharp problem-solving abilities.
• Physical requirements: stand for extended periods, work in hot/cold kitchen settings, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ready to live on-site in a rustic setting, work a demanding minimum 6-day/70-hour week, thrive under pressure.

Responsabilidades
