Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rural summer camp.

You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen on-site. This live-in role requires readiness to work a demanding 6 days/70 hours per week, maintain high sanitation standards, and coordinate with camp leadership.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, capable with I-Pad and menu specs.
• Able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs in hot/cold kitchen.

Mansioni

• Lead and train kitchen staff, maintaining high-energy environment.
• Oversee prep, production, portion control, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen protocols and sanitation to Health Dept standards.
• Assist with inventory, daily reporting, and budget tasks.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, and camp leadership.
