Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site, rustic summer camps. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and strict allergen safety across multiple facilities.

This is a live-in, fast-paced, high-volume environment with a minimum 6 days per week and a 70-hour schedule. Competitive pay, bonus potential, and room & board are included.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; Allergens certification before start date.

Responsabilidades

• Operations & Leadership: lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Culinary & Quality: manage flow, portions, scratch cooking, and timely service.
• Allergen & Safety: oversee allergen protocols and sanitation standards.
• Administration & Budget: control inventory, orders, budgets, and daily reports.
• Client Relations: liaise with campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods office.
