Job summary

Southern California Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists in Angelus Oaks, CA, is seeking a Camp Manager – Facilities to lead year-round operations, maintenance, safety, and capital projects, aligning with the conference's mission.

You will oversee budgets, staffing, guest experiences, property care, and compliance, ensuring a Christ-centered, welcoming environment for campers, staff, churches, and partners.

Qualifications

• Member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in good standing.
• Camp Director Certification (ACA or similar)
• Knowledge of safety and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities, budgets, safety, and capital improvements for Camp Cedar Falls.
• Provide welcoming, professional experience for campers, churches, schools, volunteers, and guests.
• Coordinate retreats, youth programs, registrations, and lodging.
• Develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets.
• Foster partnerships and fundraising opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
