Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory's Pine Summit campground seeks an Operations Manager responsible for leading day-to-day operations, upkeep of camp property, and housekeeping to ensure pristine spaces in line with Christian camping mission.

You will supervise staff, coordinate training, ensure safety, and collaborate with guest relations to prepare for group arrivals, while performing maintenance, landscaping, and light repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage schedules.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to regulations.
• Valid CA driver's license required.
