Job summary

The Navigators seek a Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvement of Eagle Lake Camp in Woodland Park, CO. The role requires living on-site year-round and managing the facilities team to support camp operations, guests, and ministry objectives.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in facilities/operations leadership, capital project experience, and strong project management skills. Housing is provided; 40 hours/week with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of facilities, construction, operations, or project management leadership experience.
• Experience leading capital construction or renovation projects; experience managing budgets and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of major capital construction and infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, contractors, permitting, timelines, quality control, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and execute a long-term facilities strategy aligned with Eagle Lake's ministry vision.
• Build multi-year capital improvement and deferred maintenance plans.
• Establish proactive maintenance systems to prevent failures.
• Partner with leadership to forecast facility needs for growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Facilities team and coordinate seasonal maintenance.
