Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director to oversee daily culinary and service operations at a fast-paced summer camp. This on-site, live-in leadership role requires managing staff, budgeting, allergen safety, and ensuring exceptional meal service.

Qualifications

4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking
ServSafe Manager Certified; Allergens certification required before start date (company-sponsored)
Strong leadership, budgeting capability, and problem-solving abilities
Stand for long periods, work in hot/cold kitchen settings, lift up to 50 lbs
Live on-site in rustic setting; 6-day/70-hour weeks; thrive under pressure

Responsibilities

Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment
Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking execution
Manage allergen safety protocols and uphold sanitation standards
Handle inventory, food orders, budgets, and daily reporting
Serve as liaison between campers, camp leadership, Wolfoods office
