Capital Property Solutions is seeking a Property Management Trainer to shape CPS's management team—from the initial interview through years of ongoing growth. You’ll own the full talent lifecycle, including vetting and hiring managers, onboarding, and targeted retraining to elevate performance.

You’ll lead onboarding covering Central Ohio regulations, governing documents, and the CPS service model, using a blend of in-person and field training while ensuring every manager is fluent in Vantaca.

Qualifications

• Five plus years in property management with a CAM focus and relevant certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Vantaca and CAM practices.
• Strong communication, mentoring and presentation skills; adult education orientation.

Responsibilities

• Vet and hire managers who fit CPS culture.
• Lead onboarding for new hires with local regulations and CPS model.
• Ensure fluency in Vantaca for data and boards.
• Run 30/60/90-day check-ins with trainees.
• Develop monthly deep-dive sessions on topics like capital reserves and vendor contracts.
• Identify performance gaps and retrain as needed.
• Train managers to run high-transparency board meetings.
• Join on-site inspections and teach preventative maintenance.
• Step in to manage portfolios during growth or staffing shifts.
• Keep training materials fresh with new strategies.
