Capital Property Solutions (CPS) is seeking a motivated Community Association Manager to join our team. You’ll be the key liaison between a portfolio of communities and boards, residents and vendors, delivering high-quality service while building trust.

You’ll manage budgets and contracts, oversee inspections, and lead communications with boards. This role offers CAI certifications paid, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property management, or business.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 8–10 condo and HOA communities.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, bidding, and project management.
• Lead property inspections and ensure vendor performance.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with boards and residents.
• Attend board meetings and follow up on actions.
• Provide proactive, clear communication with boards and residents.
