Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to select new manager candidates.
• Lead onboarding for new hires on regulations and service model.
• Run structured check-ins with new trainees.
• Spot performance gaps and run targeted retraining.
• Train managers to conduct high-transparency board meetings.
