Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Experienced driver comfortable navigating highways and busy roads.
• Comfortable around dogs and routine pet care.
• Able to lift and move household items and handle physical tasks.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and occasional evenings/weekends with advance notice.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the central household calendar and daily resets.
• Oversee cleaners, yard upkeep, and seasonal updates.
• Manage pantry, shopping lists, and errands across stores.
• Coordinate transportation for school pick-ups and activities.
• Provide pet care for two small dogs and coordinate vet visits.
• Support with packing, travel, and weekend events as needed.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and housekeepers on site.
• Ensure family time by handling household tasks efficiently.
