Required: safe driving record, near-local residency, ability to handle family logistics, and a proactive, organized approach. CPR/First Aid preferred; vaccinations up to date.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal transportation with a clean driving record; mileage reimbursed for work-related driving.
• Must reside within approximately 30 minutes of Redondo Beach, CA.
• Vaccinations up to date per AAP/CDC guidelines (including COVID-19 and influenza).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfortable around young children and a senior dog.

Responsibilities

• Laundry: wash, fold, organize, keep area tidy and stocked.
• Meal support: prepare ~3 dinners weekly; snacks; grocery shopping and kitchen cleanup.
• Family support: light supervision and back-up childcare; pack/unpack for travel; organize backpacks and outfits; transport for activities.
• Household organization: maintain systems, light tidying, unload dishwasher, light vacuuming, prep for cleaners.
• Inventory & errands: restock pantry/fridge, runs for donations, dry cleaning, shopping; manage mail/packages.
• Pet care: feed senior dog, let out in yard; schedule vet/groomer as needed.
• Deep cleaning & projects: seasonal/holiday setup, fridge/oven/cleaning, garage and storage organization.
