Sage Haus in Los Altos, CA is seeking a proactive House Manager for 15–20 hours per week. You will create systems, supervise laundry, manage inventories, and support two young children while keeping the home organized and calm.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Reliable personal transportation with mileage reimbursement.

• Vaccinations up to date per pediatric guidelines; flu vaccination preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems across the home.
• Perform daily resets and light cleaning to keep the home tidy.
• Prepare the home ahead of the regular cleaning service.
• Handle laundry, ironing, and linen rotation with care.
• Manage pantry, shopping, and inventory; coordinate errands.
• Provide occasional backup childcare support for the children.
• Oversee outdoor spaces; seasonal resets and light upkeep.
• Support meal preparation and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure a fragrance-free, healthy home environment.
