Closets by Design is seeking a motivated Call Center Supervisor in Shirley, MA to oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. You will lead call center staff, coordinate calendars, and collaborate with sales, production, and installation teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a professional, customer-focused approach and at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a related setting.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
• Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office software.
• Skilled in coaching front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Supervisory experience. Minimum of 1 - 2 years.

Mansioni

• Coordinate designers’ appointment calendars and schedule follow-ups in our CRM.
• Coordinate administrative functions and support sales, production, and installation teams.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, solution-oriented responses.
• Assist with paperwork, data entry, and maintaining office records.
• Train and supervise call center staff as needed.
