Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct selling consultative sales experience within a business to consumer environment.
• 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading a team to exceed sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor an assigned team of Design Consultants.
• Ensure direct reports deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to ensure training is completed.
• Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members.
