Job summary

Resilient Health, a resiliency-building company in Phoenix, seeks a Call Center Specialist who will be the welcoming voice and handle calls, inquiries, referrals, and scheduling initial visits.

The role requires a High School Diploma and experience in administrative, call center, or receptionist functions. A valid driver's license or state ID, CPR/First Aid, and Fingerprint Clearance are required or obtainable within set timeframes. Bilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in administrative, call center, or receptionist roles.
• Valid driver's license or state ID; CPR/First Aid is required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days; MVRC as per insurer.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route all incoming calls and provide information.
• Process referrals received by email or fax and track them.
• Verify client insurance eligibility.
• Schedule initial visits and follow up with clients.
