Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to drive growth while delivering excellent customer service.
• Read credit bureau reports and maintain knowledge of lending products.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and guidance to team members.
• Actively market and sell lending products and collaborate with the team.
