Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop connections and engage customers throughout the loan life cycle.
Manage loan life cycle including collections while complying with laws.
