OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Pinecrest, SC. You will listen to customer needs and present access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing, guiding them through the loan process in a compliant, service-driven environment.

You will manage loan lifecycles, engage customers across channels, and strive to meet branch goals while maintaining high service standards. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems).
