Location: Erie, PA (3 weeks paid in-office training), then 100% Work From Home
Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday only. No weekends! AM and PM shifts available

Expivia Interaction Marketing Group is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to support members with their Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and other healthcare benefit accounts. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice people count on when they have questions about their healthcare dollars. After three weeks of paid, hands-on training at our Erie office, you'll work from the comfort of home, Monday through Friday, and we provide all the equipment you need.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from members with questions about their Health Savings Accounts, including balances, contributions, transactions, eligible expenses, and card questions
• Help members with related benefit programs, which may include Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Commuter Benefits, and COBRA
• Support members through phone, live chat, and email
• Make follow-up calls and callbacks to resolve open questions
• Guide members through online account tools and self-service options
• Document every interaction accurately in our systems
• Protect members' personal and financial information with strict confidentiality
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to attend 3 weeks of in-person training at our Erie, PA office
• Customer service, call center, retail, banking, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
• Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple programs at once
• Clear, professional phone voice and strong listening skills
• Patient, empathetic, and dependable
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home and reliable high-speed internet (equipment provided)
