Job summary

HeartPlace PLLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at the HeartPlace clinics. You will handle incoming calls, schedule patient appointments, explain procedures, verify insurance and eligibility, and assist with billing and demographics.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in customer service, a High School diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. EMR knowledge is preferred, and cardiology experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of EMR systems preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Current valid state driver’s license and required auto insurance coverage.
• Cardiology practice experience preferred.
