You will schedule appointments, check in patients, verify insurance, collect payments, and support the care team while ensuring timely reimbursement and high-quality patient service.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of Medical Front Office experience.
• Driver's license and auto insurance if driving for work.
• Cardiology experience preferred.

• Schedules patient appointments efficiently and manages front desk tasks.
• Checks in patients and confirms scheduled appointments.
• Enters and updates patient demographics, insurance, and authorization data.
• Verifies insurance coverage and patient demographic information.
• Informs patients of co-pays, deductibles, and balances; collects payments when applicable.
• Provides required forms and assists with their completion.
• Assists patients with presumptive applications as applicable.
• Answers telephone calls promptly and professionally; transfers as needed.
• Uses paging systems for hospital consults or provider callbacks.
• Maintains accurate scheduling systems and appointment records.
• Provides coverage for check-in/check-out at other locations as needed.
• Travels to/from other locations when required and maintains vehicles safely.
• Adapts to changing priorities and business needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
