Clementine Answers is hiring a Full-Time Call Center Representative in Roseville, MI. This in-office role offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive training from day one.

You will greet callers, gather and relay message details, and enter information accurately in our system, supporting medical practices, apartment complexes, and professional services. Ideal candidates have a strong phone presence, excellent English, and 35+ WPM typing.

Full-Time Call Center Representative

Location: Roseville, MI (In-Office) l Pay: $15-$18

Schedule: 40 hours/week l Must work one weekend day (Sat or Sun) and Holidays

What You'll Do:

• Warmly greet callers and handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Gather, verify, and relay accurate message details so our clients can rely on us completely.
• Efficiently enter information into our computer system with high attention to detail.

• A welcoming, upbeat, and professional phone presence.
• Strong English communication skills (excellent spelling and grammar).
• Comfortable navigating a Windows-based computer environment.
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM.

Pay and Benefits (Waiting period may apply):

• Pay:$18 / Hour with perfect attendance.

  Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $15 / Hour.
