Dockside Dermatology LLC in Millersville, Maryland is seeking a Phone and Front Desk Receptionist to provide an outstanding first impression and smooth patient flow. You will handle high call volume, schedule appointments, verify insurances, and manage EMR entries while supporting a fast-paced dermatology office.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and reliability. Some travel to the Annapolis location may be required to cover needs across sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume phone calls and greet patients.
• Schedule and update patient appointments in the EMR.

Dockside Dermatology in Millersville, Maryland is currently looking to hire a Phone and Front Desk Receptionist. Ideal candidate will convey an excellent first impression of our practice to patients. Seeking a team player able to handle high call volume, efficiently use the electronic medical record (EMR) system, schedule patients, verify insurances and referrals, and multi-task. Outstanding communication skills and prior work experience in a fast-paced office setting are a plus. Work hours M-F 7:45-4:15 PM. Competitive benefits available. We have two locations, Millersville and Annapolis. This position would primarily be for the Millersville office but the expectation would be going to Annapolis from time to time based on need.
