Job summary

Amicis Global in South Jordan, UT is seeking a Client Support Service/Customer Service Representative for a 6 months + extension role. You will handle incoming calls about brokerage accounts and provide support for Brokerage Cash Management, Brokerage Online, and Mobile app inquiries.

The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to key performance metrics in a fast-paced, team-oriented financial services environment. Prior experience is preferred.
