Job summary

Centier Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator in Indiana to solicit referrals, interview applicants, review financial documents and guide loans through processing. The role requires knowledge of mortgage lending, strong communication and the ability to meet monthly production goals.

Department hours are Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00, with flexibility to meet clients’ needs. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s in business and 3 years of commissioned lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Solicit mortgage loan referrals from realtors, builders and clients.
• Interview loan applicants to document income, debt, credit history and employment.
• Review documents such as tax returns, W-2s, purchase agreements and verification forms.
• Explain all costs and closing fees to applicants.
• Submit applications and documents to loan processing for review.
• Attend loan closings and meet monthly production goals.
