True Financial is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our headquarters in Southfield. This full-time, inside-sales role focuses on closing residential and/or commercial loans with live leads and transfers provided daily.

We offer uncapped commissions, flexible pay plans, and remote work options to support a high-energy, start-up feel backed by solid support. Experience in a call-center environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• NMLS license in good standing.
• 1–2 years of residential mortgage loan origination.
• Experience in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.
