AECOM seeks a California Traffic Engineering State Manager to be based in Orange, Los Angeles, or Oakland, CA. You will guide traffic engineering projects across California, lead marketing and proposal efforts, and mentor staff while ensuring plan approvals with Caltrans and other agencies.

Applicants should have a BS in engineering, a California PE or TE license, and substantial senior-level traffic engineering experience. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary and benefits.
