Job summary

Oracle is seeking a high-performing Data Platform Account Executive to help California state agencies modernize data architectures, analytics, AI, and cloud usage. You will drive strategic sales across agencies, building executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders, and lead multi-cloud discussions involving OCI, AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
Experience selling Data Platform, Database, Analytics, AI, Cloud solutions.
Experience selling into State & Local Government or regulated industries.
Experience working with California state agencies or government procurement processes.
Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex enterprise opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow strategic relationships across State of California agencies and departments.
Drive sales of Oracle's Data Platform, Database, Analytics, AI, and Cloud solutions.
Lead customer discussions around data modernization, AI adoption, analytics transformation, cybersecurity, and digital government initiatives.
Navigate public sector procurement processes and align with statewide technology initiatives.
