• Take warm-transferred and inbound leads and close them on the same call whenever possible.
• Ask directly for the sale — no waiting around for the customer to bring it up
• Handle price objections and pushback confidently, without losing the deal or your composure
• Juggle a full, fast-moving pipeline — multiple calls, multiple leads in motion, no downtime
• Follow our sales process and documentation standards consistently, even when things get busy
• Bundle policies and stay accurate on coverage details while moving quickly
