The George Mauricio Agency in California is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This high-opportunity sales position is designed for producers who want to close, not spend the day chasing leads, with live transfers and up to 25 qualified leads per day to keep your pipeline full.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Previous insurance sales experience required.
• Proven ability to close sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound sales opportunities.
• Professional and motivated to produce.

Responsibilities

• Handle 25+ qualified sales opportunities per day, including live transfers and inbound leads.
• Quickly establish rapport with prospects and identify their insurance needs.
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance products, including auto and home insurance.
• Follow up with prospects who do not purchase during the initial conversation.
• Effectively overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Convert leads into new policies while maintaining a high closing ratio.
• Cross-sell and identify opportunities for additional insurance products, including life insurance.
• Accurately document customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity in agency systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales, premium, and production goals.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain compliance with insurance regulations, company guidelines, and agency procedures.
• Work closely with the agency team to maximize lead opportunities and overall production.
