George Mauricio Agency, a leading Farmers Insurance agency in California, seeks an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to service an established book of personal lines customers in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Spanish/English bilingual ability is highly preferred.

You will handle policy changes, renewals, billing questions, endorsements, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining top-tier service and building long-term customer relationships with producers and other

Formación

• Active California P&C license required.
• Spanish speaking/bilingual strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong typing skills - minimum 40 words per minute preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Professional demeanor and dependable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional service to existing personal lines customers.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, certificates and other service requests.
• Review customer policies and identify potential coverage needs.
• Assist with renewals and retention efforts.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email and in person.
• Develop strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with producers and other account managers.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer and policy records.
• Follow agency procedures and carrier requirements.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding customer requests.
• Identify opportunities to round accounts and cross-sell additional insurance products.
• Assist with resolving customer issues and concerns.
• Maintain a professional, positive and service-oriented attitude.
