Qualifications

• Active California P&C or Personal Lines license required.
• Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred.
• Personal lines insurance experience in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with policy changes, endorsements, billing, renewals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned book of personal lines customers.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, renewals, and service requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Review policies and identify additional coverage needs.
• Assist with customer retention and account-rounding opportunities.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure issues are resolved.
• Work closely with producers, account managers, and other agency staff.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Work across multiple agency and carrier systems to serve clients.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
