George Mauricio Agency in Northern California is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to handle a busy book of personal lines customers. This role offers a fast-paced environment, ownership of your work, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Spanish/English bilingual ability is highly preferred, and candidates should have an active California P&C license and insurance industry experience to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Active California P&C license required.
• Experience in insurance industry required.
• Personal lines experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and work across multiple platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and service an assigned book of personal lines customers
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, renewals, and service requests
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Review policies and identify additional coverage needs
• Assist with customer retention and account-rounding opportunities
• Follow up on outstanding customer requests and ensure issues are resolved
• Work closely with producers, account managers, and other agency team members
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Work efficiently across multiple agency and carrier systems
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Strong typing skills — 40+ WPM preferred
