CORE is seeking an experienced Employee Services Manager based in Roseville, California to lead employee services across California offices. This in-person role partners with local leadership and national resources on administration, payroll coordination, benefits support, leaves, and accommodations.

The ideal candidate will have five years of HR experience, knowledge of California employment requirements in construction, and familiarity with union payroll practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of human resources or employee services experience with California requirements.
• Experience applying California employment requirements in the construction sector.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee transitions with local and national resources.
• Coordinate timecards, union time entries, payroll discrepancies, and benefits notifications.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in Workday.
• Manage leaves, accommodations, and California leave laws locally.
• Oversee performance review scheduling, communications, and documentation.
• Collaborate with CORE West managers on coverage and process improvements.
• Travel 2–4 times per year to Frisco, TX for national events.
