Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in HR, compliance, records management, or similar.
• Experience supporting employment law, regulatory compliance, investigations, audits, or legal matters preferred.
• Multi-state employment law knowledge with California experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail; ability to assess risk and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze personnel records and employee documentation for compliance.
• Prepare summaries, analyses, and reports in line with legal guidance.
• Collaborate with Legal and P&C teams to interpret records and assess obligations.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance reporting processes for timeliness and accuracy.
• Conduct audits of P&C records and processes to identify gaps and risks.
• Respond to inquiries from state agencies and internal partners with evidence-based responses.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support development and maintenance of compliance training materials.
