Job summary

Special Strong Corporate is seeking a California Regional Center expert to guide our California expansion with vendorization, funding, compliance, and audit readiness for franchises and corporate teams.

The role focuses on turning complex regulations into scalable SOPs, templates, and practical documentation, while training franchisees and partnering with executive leadership. This is a remote position with a monthly retainer to start.

Qualifications

• California resident with direct Regional Center or vendorized provider experience.
• Hands-on experience with the vendorization process.
• Strong knowledge of Regional Center funding, compliance, service codes, billing, SDP, and FMS.
• Ideal: 7+ years of relevant experience across multiple Regional Centers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on California Regional Centers, DDS, Title 17, the Lanterman Act, vendorization, service codes, funding, SDP, and FMS.
• Guide franchisees through vendorization, compliance requirements, audits, and complex Regional Center questions.
• Build practical SOPs, templates, documentation standards, and audit readiness systems.
• Train and advise franchisees as regulations evolve.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape California strategy.
