Job summary

Walker Advertising is seeking a Sales Support, Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients. You will onboard new clients, coordinate with sales and accounting for billing, and provide proactive product support in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain client relations, update Salesforce daily, generate internal reports, and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Strong Excel, Salesforce, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 4+ years related experience or training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience using and managing Salesforce.
• Ability to prepare reports.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and maintain new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with client and accounting to ensure billing transactions.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to clients.
• Maintain client relations and handle inquiries.
• Update Salesforce with daily activity.
• Produce and distribute internal reports as requested.
